TxDOT crews repairing part of SH 136 in Borger starting Tuesday

BORGER, Texas (KFDA) - TxDOT crews started roadway repair work on part of SH 136 (Cedar Street) Tuesday.

Crews are performing mill and fill operations on SH 136 between 3rd Street and the traffic circle in north Borger.

The repairs are aimed at improving safety of the roadway.

TxDOT says work is expected to be completed by Friday, Aug. 21.

Traffic delays are expected, and TxDOT is asking drivers to plan ahead and use alternate routes during the project.
