Kitten with rabies confirmed in Pampa

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The City of Pampa Animal Services Department are alerting residents that a stray kitten had tested positive for rabies.
The kitten was found near the 700 block of Perry Street. The kitten’s siblings have not been recovered from the area.
The kitten was anywhere from 8-10 weeks old.
City officials have stated that if you see any kittens in the area please contact Pampa Animal services at (806)-669-5775.
