Project Clean-Up continues 2026 initiative targeting areas around schools
AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - In this edition of Project Clean-Up the Fuller and Sons crew continues the 2026 initiative to keep areas around our schools clean.
The crew made their way through the historic San Jacinto neighborhood to continue giving students walking to the various schools throughout the neighborhood a clean, safe space.
Making sure neighborhoods are cleaned up, ready for kids to go to school, walking back from school. Kids on the playgrounds," said Shawn Feese, crew member.
The crew picked up the area from Line to 8th Avenues, and in the alleyways and curbs of Crockett Street, Georgia, Louisiana and many others.
The crew says they are thankful Fuller and Sons gives them an opportunity to give back to the community.
“We want to thank them and ask that they continue. You know, looking out for the neighborhoods so we can clean up Amarillo,” said Ryan Lavigne, crew member.
If you would like your neighborhood to be considered for Project Clean-Up, you can send us the name of the neighborhood, the areas of concern with a brief description and pictures, if possible, to projectcleanup@newschannel10.com
