All Things Ag discusses an update on El Niño and the current drought monitor

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - In this edition of All Things Ag, we spoke with First Alert Meteorologist Shelden Breshears about recent weather impacting farmers and ranchers.

Shelden explains what the current drought monitor looks like now in our area and how it is impacting moisture in crops.

“We’ve really done a significant dent in things and hopefully we’re going to continue to chip away at things here as we go throughout the last part of the spring season as we gear up for summer, but we’ve really kind of whittled down the exceptional drought in our area,” said Breshears.
