Project Clean-Up goes into N. San Jacinto

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Project Clean-Up takes pride in knowing there is no job to big or too small, and this weeks clean up turned out to be pretty “large scale.”

It was no small task, returning to the North San Jacinto neighborhood.

The crew at this dump event took a new approach, hitting various hot spots that were relayed by NewsChannel 10 viewers.

This included several alleys, yards and curbsides in north San Jacinto.

Eventually, the effort paid off big time. Four roll offs at San Jacinto Park were filled to the brim with several thousand pounds of discarded furniture and the like.

No doubt about it, another bang up job by the Fuller and Son’s crew as they strive to make Amarillo beautiful.

Please remember that if you see rolloff carts in city parks and at libraries, they’re only for residential use, not commercial.

It takes all of us to keep Amarillo beautiful.
