Project Clean Up: Beautifying the northeast part of Amarillo
AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Project Clean Up is back on the job again. This time, they’re targeting the northeast quadrant in the city.
As we pass the halfway point of 2024, so much work has been done! Let the clean up begin.
All of our Fuller and Sons crew has been nothing but heroic over the last year and a half. The man hours, the effort, it’s been fantastic as they have worked across Amarillo to clean it up.
The crew spent several hours combing through debris and garbage, with most of it being along the alleys to the north of NE 24th Avenue.
Another area that was worked over was the alleys south of Lindberg Avenue from Redondo Drive to Echo Street.
The roll-offs at the North Branch Library were full, so the crew had to make an adjustment and use the roll-offs on Eastridge.
Another several hundred pounds of junk and discarded items were destined for the city dump.
Another job well done by our Fuller and Sons crew, who are doing all they can to keep Amarillo beautiful!
If you know of an area that needs some work, let us know here!
Also, a friendly reminder: the roll-offs are not for commercial use. They are intended for residential dumping only.
