Project Clean Up: Beautifying northern Amarillo
AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - It is time again for Project Clean Up, and what’s being done for the city by the Fuller and Son’s crew cannot be understated.
This time, the crew found their way to North Amarillo. Let the cleaning begin!
No job is too big or too tough for this Fuller and Son’s crew because, when it comes right down to it, they like to flex their muscles!
The area of Martin Road Park needed some help, and not everything was confined to the alleys.
But once in the alley between N. Garfield and N. Arthur Streets, there was a plenty dump.
Everything from mattresses to furniture, there were several hundred pounds of non-essentials that were destined for the city dump.
How about a measurement on a blown out television? This one was probably a 55-inch! Hurry to get it replaced so you can watch NewsChannel 10 at 10!
There was plenty of junk to be found during this clean up. Much of it was found in alleys on NE 10th Avenue between N. Arthur, Garfield, Hayes, Buchanan, Grant and Lincoln Streets.
Once again, the Fuller and Son’s crew can be proud of the work they’ve done to keep Amarillo beautiful.
If you would like to nominate an area for Project Clean Up, you can do so here.
Remember, it takes all of us to keep Amarillo beautiful!
