Project Clean-Up: Beautifying the Palo Duro High School area

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Because we couldn’t get to it last night, we take to the alleys of neighborhoods in need for this edition of Project Clean-Up.

The Fuller and Son’s crew has a new target for a clean up: around Palo Duro High School.

Our guys received a little bonus... you never know what you might find. One of our guys did get lucky, finding a couple of two dollar bills! What a good way to start the day!

At the roll-offs at the Downtown Library, the city came through with some much needed help by using the claw to fill already stuffed containers.

All in all, it was a big clean up for the Fuller and Son’s crew: three loads with a destination of the city dump. The alleys gave away some of the usual items, and then even more was found in the alleys of Garfield and Hayes.

If you know of an Amarillo neighborhood that needs some attention, please let us know here.

Remember, it takes all of us to keep Amarillo beautiful.
