Randall County judge sentences man to 15 years for multiple child sex crime charges

RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KFDA) - A Randall County judge sentenced a man to 15 years in prison Monday for multiple child sexual assault charges.

23-year-old James Clay Ham pleaded guilty to two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact and one count of sexual assault.

Court documents state Ham waived his right to a jury trial and waived his right to an appeal.
