Perspective: NewsChannel 10 launches 2nd Cup, first conversational newscast in the Panhandle

AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - People say, "If you are not growing and changing, you are dying."

Well, NewsChannel 10 is innovating again as we continue to grow. We have launched the first ever conversational newscast in Amarillo.

Monday through Friday we will bring you NewsChannel 10's 2nd Cup.

"Why 2nd Cup?" you may say, well we wanted to send a signal that this is a different style of newscast at 9:00 a.m. It's the perfect time to grab a second cup of coffee at home or at work and tune in to a show that talks about the news of the day and talks to the people making the news of the day.

NewsChannel 10's 2nd Cup will feature big stories of the day and a discussion about those stories, interviews with our city officials, other city leaders, community organizations, entertainment news and so much more.

We will even involve you in the discussion, if you chime in on Facebook during the show. Polls, opinions, facts and questions will all be a part of this show.

Today's Perspective is encouragement for you to join us weekdays at 9:00 a.m. on TV, our NewsChannel 10 24/7 news stream or on Facebook as we start something new - the first conversational newscast in the Panhandle.
