BEAVER COUNTY, OK (KFDA) - An Oklahoma woman who was among those wounded in Sunday's mass shooting is recovering from her injuries.

According to CBS reporter Lacie Lowry, 22-year-old Shelby Perry ended up not requiring surgery after all. She was shot and misdiagnosed with a broken arm.

Perry has a broken collar bone with bullet fragments in the shoulder and chest area and a bruised lung.

The bullet fragmented into so many pieces that there is no way to remove them at this time, and for now, she will just do physical therapy.

A donation account has been set up with the First Security Bank in Beaver, Oklahoma to assist with travel and medical expenses for Perry's family.
