Clown seen at Amarillo Walmart booked into jail

AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - Authorities say a man dressed as a clown at an Amarillo Walmart Wednesday night was arrested on outstanding warrants.
David Anthony Talbot-Smith, 21, was following cars in the parking lot of the Walmart on Coulter Street and pushing carts at customers in an attempt to scare them.
Police were dispatched to the store and found Smith had two outstanding city warrants.
He was arrested and booked into the Randall County jail. Smith was also issued a criminal trespass from all Walmart locations.
