Body of missing man found in Clovis

CLOVIS, NM - The body of a missing Clovis man was found Saturday.
Officers from the Clovis Police Department were dispatched to the 2300 block of Westgate Plaza due to a report of a deceased person lying in the field.
Tattoos on the person's body were noted and personal property including a wallet with identification and checkbook were found.
The man has been identified as 57-year-old Richard Odom. Odom had been reported missing since November 19, 2015.
Police are continuing to investigate what they are calling an unattended death.
