More than a dozen fire units in Amarillo were called to the scene of a fire Sunday evening after an outdoor charcoal grill fire sent the nearby home up in flames.

Randall County first responded to the fire around 6:45 Sunday evening just south of 46th Street off of Tradewind. The Amarillo Fire Department was second on scene, and both crews were still battling the blaze more than an hour later.

Although no injuries were reported, early reports from AFD indicate the home may have been completely destroyed by the fire.
