Beaumont, TX - Police are investigating the cause of a massive wreck that left two people are dead and as many as 80 are injured on I-10 near Beaumont.
They say dense early morning fog may have contributed to the wreck as more cars plowed through the fog and straight into the wreckage.
The jaws of life were used to cut multiple people from the wreckage and crews spent time searching each vehicle for trapped survivors.
Around 20 of those injured were transported to the hospital, almost half of them in critical condition.
