Amarillo, Texas - They're calling themselves the Amarillo13.

They are Occupy protestors from California who were stranded at the Amarillo Greyhound station after they say they were kicked off for being part of the occupy movement.

They were forced to spend Saturday night in the bus station after they claim the driver told them "All you occupy people, off my bus.I want you all off my bus."

We spoke with Greyhound, and they us the driver has been taken out of rotation until they finish their internal investigation. He has been with the company for more than twenty years.

While it's Greyhound policy to refuse service to people who are being unruly and disruptive, they're interviewing everyone on the bus because the protestors and the driver have very different stories.

Occupy protester Michael Ponser says, "Once he identified that we were with the occupy movement, he made several comments to the effect of you're not wanted in Washington DC either. He definitely made it clear that he had a negative opinion of occupy in general. Several of the other passengers were complaining about his behavior and his attitude."

They were able to get on another bus that left Amarillo Sunday morning. So they are now in DCfor the Road2Congress rally January 17th.
