Richard Bullard II is originally from Pampa, Texas but moved in 2015.

He is a Digital Producer for NewsChannel 10.

He attended Full Sail University of Florida where he graduated with a degree B.A. in Creative Writing for Entertainment and Media.

Richard first came to NewsChannel 10 in August 2019.

When he's not at the station, Richard spends his free time writing, reading and enjoying life on the High Plains.
