Pampa police chief arrested for driving while intoxicated

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The police chief for the Pampa Police Department is charged with driving while intoxicated.
Lance Fallon Richburg, 55, is listed on the jail roster for Coleman County jail.
The jail records show that Richburg was booked in on April 19 for a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over 0.15.
His bond is set at $5,000.
Richburg is a 30-year veteran of law enforcement.
He has served as Pampa’s police chief since 2015, according to the City of Pampa website.
