Midland baby found safe, Amber Alert discontinued

MIDLAND, Texas (KFDA) - An Amber Alert has been discontinued after the child was found safe.
The alert was issued for 11-month-old Darla Steve from Midland.
Law enforcement say the child has been reunited with her family.
The suspect, identified as Zach Smith, has been arrested.
