CDC reduces warning for Potter and Randall counties

POTTER COUNTY AND RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KFDA) - The CDC has reduced the warning level for Potter and Randall counties.
According to the CDC, Randall County and Potter County community level is low for COVID-19.
CDC states people may choose to mask at any time.
