Easterly upslope winds will bring in the higher humidity overnight allowing for dense fog and drizzle to develop. The day will start with the reduced visibility but it should clear out by late morning although the cloudy skies will remain. Scattered showers and drizzle will remain in the area for the majority of the day and into the nighttime hours. Friday will be another cool day with highs only near 50°. Saturday and Sunday mornings could drop below freezing for most of the combined panhandles.
