Probation revoked for Clovis man, will serve remainder of prison term

Clovis, NM (KFDA) - A Clovis man is now returning to the New Mexico Department of Corrections after he violated his probation, which was set in 2016 for second degree felonies of trafficking controlled substances.

District Judge Drew Tatum revoked David Devenport’s probation for missing multiple appointments, failing to call in, and not getting court ordered treatment.

Devenport, 49, will serve the remainder of his nine year term in prison.
