State health officials report 14 new COVID-19 cases in Eastern New Mexico

SANTA FE, N.M. (KFDA) - State health officials reported 14 new cases of COVID-19 in Eastern New Mexico today.

The report shows four new cases in Curry County, three in Quay County, three in Roosevelt County and four in Union County.

Including the newly reported cases, New Mexico has now had a total of 187,487 COVID-19 cases.

The number of deaths of New Mexico residents related to COVID-19 is now 3,839.

As of today, 134 people are hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19.

160,142 people in New Mexico have recovered from the virus.

There are 7,475 positive COVID-19 cases across Eastern New Mexico:

Quay County: 424

Roosevelt County: 1,845

Union County: 244

There have been 136 deaths related to COVID-19 in Eastern New Mexico:
