Amarillo’s Code Blue Warming Station is activated again for Tuesday night.
If you see anyone out in the cold, text (806) 414-2243 with a location and description, and they can have one of their volunteer mobile teams check on them and offer a ride to the local emergency shelters or to Code Blue Warming Station.

The Childress Fire Department is offering rides for residents needing shelter.
The department will be offering rides to Calvary Baptist Church. Call the Fire Station at 937-6562 if you would like a ride.
Grace Baptist Gym is open to those in need of warmth and food in Pampa. The gym will be open 24 hours and have to-go food available. It is located at 817 South Cuyler.
The Pampa mall is also open for those in need of shelter. The mall is open 24 hours and has warm meals served daily.
Both locations are open until further notice.
According to Chillicothe ISD, Wilbarger St. Church of Christ in Vernon is open to those who need a warm place to stay.
The building will open at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Masks and social distancing are required. Dinner tonight is on your own, and the district will try to offer a light breakfast.
Pets are welcome but must be crated. No loose petsare allowed.

The Portales Best Western is open for residents who are without heat.
According to The Roosevelt Review, the hotel is open for anyone without power.
You can come to the hotel and tell them what you are able to pay, and they will get you a warm room to stay in. The hotel has let the electric companies know as well.
