Large smoker stolen from Memphis food stand

MEMPHIS, Texas (KFDA) - A mobile catering company in Memphis is asking for help locating a large smoker stolen on Tuesday.

According to Fat and Happy BBQ, their smoker was stolen from an Allsups in Clarendon on May 14.

Charlotte Maddox, wife of owner Stephen Maddox, said the loss could have far-reaching consequences.

“This is how my husband makes a living for our family,” she said in an email.

The smoker is black with the name of the company written in orange letters on the side.

Anyone with information on the theft can contact the Donley County Sheriff’s Office at (806) 874-3533 or their local law enforcement agency.
