AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - The Panhandle Behavioral Health Alliance is giving the community a chance to learn about behavioral health issues at the Peace of Mind Conference on May 21.
The conference will include keynote speaker Terry Bentley Hill, a former Amarillo news personality and current mental health advocate and attorney.
The conference will include a panel discussion for attendees to pose questions regarding mental health, substance abuse and other issues.
The conference will include a resource fair, refreshments and an art exhibit.
Registration is required, but seating is free.
The conference will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the AgriLife Research & Extension Building in Amarillo.
