CLOVIS, NM (KFDA) - The 2018-2019 Cultural Arts Series in Clovis concludes this week with Martha Redbone’s “Bone Hill: The Concert.”

The concert will take place on Thursday, April 25 at 7:00 p.m. at Marshall Auditorium.

The concert is a musical work for theater created an developed by Martha Redbone and Aaron Whitby as part o the New York Voices artists’ initiative.

According to a news release, the music takes the audience on an epic, unexpected American exploration of family, history, and cultural identity.

From traditional Cherokee chants and lullabies to Bluegrass, Blues, Country, Gospel, Jazz, Rock & Roll and Rhythm-n-Blues, the story is told throughout the evolution of American music.

Tickets are $20 for general admission and $15 for seniors, military members or students. A Family Friendly Pass of five tickets is available for $45.
