Woman arrested after weekend high speed chase

MOORE COUNTY, TX (KFDA) - A woman was arrested on Saturday for two counts of child endangerment and evading arrest after a high speed chase took place.

On Saturday, April 20 an official with the Moore County Sheriff’s Office tried to stop a Chevrolet Impala for a traffic violation.

Deputies said the driver, Amy Crisson, didn’t stop and began driving at a high rate of speed through Hutchinson County.

After driving through Stinnett and Borger, Crisson came to a stop half a mile from the Hansford County line on Highway 207.

Deputies learned there were two children inside the car and arrested Crisson for two counts of child endangerment and evading arrest.

Crisson was taken to the Moore County Jail and the two children were left in the custody of Child Protective Services.
