One Web site claims it can save you hundreds on your cell phone bill.

Many of us cannot imagine life without our cell phones, but we can imagine a life without those high cell phone bills. That's where comes in.

We've all seen the commercials. Each one claims they have the best plan, but compares the four major carriers - Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile - to find out which one makes this modern necessity cheapest for you.

You can either import your phone bill or estimate usage-things like how many text messages you send, how many minutes you use and how much you pay each month.

Taking all of that into account, bill-shrink claims it will find you a better deal. That all sounds great, but does it really work?

We went to a local coffee shop to find out. Will Ratliff pays $70 a month with AT&T. "One plan says it can save me 35 dollars and another plan says it can save me 275." "I think I need to talk to someone."

Sara Peters was shocked by her results. "I have ATT&T and it says AT&T could save me 600 dollars over two years, so I obviously have the wrong plan."

Early termination and activation fees are factored into possible savings.
