WTAMU To Get $200,000 For Mobile Go Center

West Texas A&M University will receive close to $200,000 dollars over the next 2 years to help outreach to prospective students in our area.

University officials say the money will go to expand programs related to the "Mobile Go Center." It is a 42 foot trailer that travels across the Texas panhandle and informs students and parents on assistance information on college opportunities.

College planning services will be used by several area districts including Booker, Bovina, Tulia, Plainview, Amarillo, and Dumas.
