Wal-Mart Cuts Jobs

Wal-Mart employees are getting a mixed bag of job news. The company announced its slashing up to 800 jobs at its northwestern Arkansas headquarters. At the same time, a spokesman for the chain says its still hiring.

The company says they plan to hire thousands this year at its Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores. The company says the Arkansas job cuts are aimed at restructuring to support growth and reduce overall cost.
