Ramirez Murder Trial To Start Monday

A murder trial starts Monday for a man accused of killing his mother's boyfriend.

Albert Ramirez is charged with first degree murder and tampering with evidence in the shooting death of 39-year-old Eladio Robledo in July of 2007.

Ramirez allegedly shot Robledo outside the home Robledo shared with Ramirez's mother, Debra.

A few months before that, police say she had filed a no trespass order against her son.

The trial is expected to last five days.
