Kellogg's Expands Recall

The recall of Kellogg brand products has been expanded.

The company has recalled 16 products containing peanut butter because of possible salmonella contamination.

The products include Austin and Keebler branded peanut butter sandwich crackers along with some snack-size packs of Famous Amos peanut butter cookies and Keebler Soft Batch peanut butter cookies.

The new recalls come after federal officials confirmed contamination at a Georgia facility that ships peanut products to 85 food companies.

The salmonella outbreak has sickened hundreds in 43 states and killed at least six.
