The trial of a man accused of killing a Pampa family will be postponed until later this year.
The Gray county District Attorney's office says a motion for continuance hearing filed by the defense of Levi King today was accepted by the presiding judge.
Jury selection was scheduled to begin on January 12th, but the trial could now start in April or May. District Attorney Lynn Switzer's office says they opposed the continuance. Defense attorneys were asking to delay the trial until September.
