Two Dead and Two in Serious Condition After Early Morning Wreck

Two people are dead and two more in serious condition after an early morning crash on Highway 60.

The car was heading west near F.M. 2373 when it hit a cement barricade and spun into the middle divider around four this morning.

None of the passengers were wearing seatbelts.

The driver, Victor Raul Meir Garibay, an 18 year old from Amarillo, was pronounced dead at the scene.

One of the passengers, 41 year old Luz Marquez of Amarillo was ejected from the 2003 Kia Ultima and also pronounced dead at the scene.

The two other passengers, a seven-year-old girl and 22-year-old woman are in serious condition at Northwest Texas Hospital.
