Insulin Syringes Recalled

A warning for diabetics. Half a million ReliOn syringes are being recalled because they contain two and a half times the amount of insulin recommended.

The syringes are made by the covidien limited company and were sold at Wal-Marts and Sam's Clubs across the country from August to October 8th.

The mix up comes from U-40 insulin syringes being mixed with U-100's.

The FDA says the dose could be fatal for some.
