Suspected Killer's Future Decided Tomorrow

The future of a suspected killer caught in Amarillo this weekend will be decided tomorrow. Curry County Jail escapee Larry McClendon will be in Randall County Courts for an extradition hearing on Tuesday.

He will have the chance to waive extradition, and if he does, he will go back to Clovis. If he does not, Curry County District Attorney Matthew Chandler says his office will seek a Governor's warrant to bring him back to Clovis... a process that could take two months. McClendon is the fifth escapee to be caught.
