We have an update on a suspected murderer from Clovis.
Noe Torres, who is wanted for his alleged involvement in the 2005 shooting death of a ten year old Clovis boy, apparently wants to turn himself in.
Curry County District Attorney Matthew Chandler says his office was involved in a 3 hour talk regarding Torres' surrender on Monday.
Chandler says Torres wanted to surrender in front of a national television crew. Chandler, however, said his office will not negotiate with a suspected killer.
