Man Pleads Guilty To Selling Cyanide To FBI Informant

A man arrested for selling cyanide to an FBI informant pleads guilty in federal court this week.

The United States Attorney's Office says 38 year old Jeffrey Don Detrixhe pleaded guilty to one count of Prohibition Against Chemical Weapons.

In May of this year, the cyanide was found at Detrixhe's home in Higgins, which is in Lipscomb county. Officials tell us Detrixhe was attempting to sell the cyanide to a known member of the Aryan Brotherhood.

Sentencing is set to take place this November.
