Boil Advisory Lifted for Glenrio Water

You no longer need to boil your water in Glenrio.

The New Mexico Environment Department lifted the boil advisory first put in place at the end of June for the Visitors Center.

It sits just across the border on Interstate 40.

The boil advisory first went into place after tests showed dangerous levels of E-Coli in the water.

Crews have effectively disinfected the water, and all tests now come back clear.
