A Clarendon man remains in jail with new charges on his case.

37 year old Raymond Ballard is now charged with manslaughter after allegedly being found using forged checks in Thomas Herman's name.

Herman was found dead in his home just two days earlier.

Officials say they are still awaiting an autopsy report on Herman.
