Trial Set For Man Accused of Murdering Pampa Family

A preliminary hearing is set for a man accused of killing a Pampa family. Levi King is the suspect in the murders of Brian Conrad, Michelle Conrad, her unborn child and their 15 year old son.

King's hearing is scheduled for December 15 and his trial will begin in January 19,2009 in Gray County. King faces capital murder charges for all four victims and prosecutors say they are seeking the death penalty.

King is accused of shooting the Conrad family at their Gray County farm about 14 miles south of pampa. Levi king pleaded guilty to first degree murder in connection with the deaths of a Joplin couple in Missouri.
