Ms. Liset M. Lefebvre was born and raised in Illinois. Ms. Lefebvre received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Lefebvre studied in England at the University College of London, Faculties of Law. Ms. Lefebvre focused her legal studies on Comparative Law and Transnational Litigation. She clerked at Bacciardi & Partners, an international corporate law firm, in Italy. During law school, Ms. Lefebvre served as a Moot Court Member, Honor Board Prosecutor and SBA Senator.
Ms. Lefebvre clerked for the 383rd District Court in El Paso, Texas and also clerked for the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel in Denver, Colorado.
Prior to joining Reina & Bates Immigration Law Group in 2008, Ms. Lefebvre participated in the defense of multi-million dollar complex commercial litigation matters. She handled a broad range of civil disputes including construction defect, ERISA, FLSA and product liability matters.
Ms. Lefebvre is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, and admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
Additionally, Ms. Lefebvre is an avid runner, enjoys reading and traveling abroad. Ms. Lefebvre is fluent in Spanish, and familiar with Italian.
