Alleged Cyanide Dealer Says He's Not Guilty

He claims he didn't try to sell cyanide to an undercover FBI agent.

Jeffrey Don Detrixhe entered a plea of not guilty today on accusations he tried to sale a 25 gallon drum of cyanide for 10 thousand dollars, a thermal imager and an assault rifle.

He has been charged with two federal charges for possessing a chemical weapon, and one felony count of possession of firearms by a user or addict of a controlled substance.

His indictment earlier this week accused him of possessing 62 pounds of sodium cyanide, four rifles, two revolvers, a semi-automatic pistol, and a shotgun.
