Flyers Posted of Murder Victim

Pictures of an Amarillo senior citizen who was beaten and murdered in his own home now hang in the city.

Potter-Randall Special Crimes officials say they released the flyers just one day after police and 77 year old Mmax Stanhope's family put out a six thousand dollar reward to help catch the killer.

Officials say they hung the flyers in the neighborhood in north Amarillo where Stanhope lived... In hopes that someone who knows what happened will come forward.

If you have any information about Stanhope's murder you are asked to call Special Crimes at 378-9468.
