New District Attorney For 100th District

The 100th Judicial District has a new District Attorney.

Monday, Texas Governor Rick Perry appointed Luke Inman, of Wellington, to the office.

Inman is replacing the former D.A. Stuart Messer. Messer took over the office of 100th District Judge after former judge David McCoy resigned from office.

Inman will serve as District Attorney until his term expires in the next general election. The 100th district covers Childress, Carson, Hall, Donley, and Collingsworth counties in the Texas panhandle.
