Castle Law Clears Homeowner

Charges are dropped against an Amarillo homeowner because of the Texas Castle law.
The law gives homeowners the right to use deadly force if necessary against home invaders.  According to police, the homeowner, Richard Garcia says Christopher Fry came to his home and demanded to know where his dog was.

He then tried to force his way into Garcia's house and start a fight.  That's when Garcia shot Fry several times. The Potter County Grand Jury agreed Garcia acted in self defense.
