Jose Castellon Jr. Sentenced To 15 Years Behind Bars

A Potter County man will spend the next 15 years behind bars for attempting to steal an ATM machine from a convenience store. 
District Attorney Randall Sims says a jury found Jose Leija Castellon Jr. guilty of the crime that happened in june of 2006.

Sims says castellon and two other accomplices stole a vehicle...drove it into a Toot-N-Totum store...and stole the ATM machine.

Castellon will also pay a two-thousand dollar fine.
