Man Indicted In Fatal Shooting

He is accused of shooting a man to death while driving on Amarillo Boulevard, and now he is indicted on a 1st degree murder charge.

47th District Attorney Randall Sims says 21 year old Timothy Lee Gonzales is facing the charge that stems from a fatal shooting in August of 2007.

Amarillo Police say shots were fired in the 2800 block of Amarillo Blvd. East on August 28th, 2007.

They say the driver was struck by a bullet and then drove his car into a motel before dying.
