Canadian Kids Raise Money for One of Their Own

Passing go and collecting 200 dollars... It meant more than just winning a game tonight.

Saturday kids rolled the dice in the HCL Teen Scene Monopoly tournament. The Canadian event was to raise money for 13 year old Hanna Beahn.

Beahn suffers from a connective tissue disorder that affects her heart. Her family says the support of the surrounding community has helped them push through.

Kathy Beahn says, "Overwhelmed, overwhelmed. We've lived here in Canadian for two years and it's a small town atmosphere, small town people, very friendly, very affectionate, very caring."

50 percent of the money from today's event will go to funding a much needed heart surgery for Beahn.
